Kids classes

Our kids classes will teach your child some basic cooking techniques as well as show them cooking can be fun. Classes run during the school holidays and are designed for children 8 years and above.

They are hands on, conducted in our expansive training kitchen and delivered by one of the ELTHAM Hospitality Centre Culinary Trainers.

All ingredients are provided for the class and your child will take the finished products home with them.

Learn to Classes

Learn to classes are about learning and fun. They are high quality hands on and/or demonstration classes that encourage you to unleash your creativity and imagination. Learn to classes are especially designed for you to have fun and work alongside the ELTHAM Hospitality Training Centre Culinary Trainers while learning a new skill or gaining knowledge.

Culinary Courses

These courses are aimed at those who are serious about improving their food knowledge or learning new skills. They will be hands on and/or demonstration courses in our expansive training kitchen, restaurant or fully equipped classroom. The courses are designed to be informative so whether you are a novice or completely kitchen confident, there will be something to learn. ELTHAM Hospitality Centre Culinary Trainers will deliver these courses.

Hospitality Courses

These courses are aimed at those thinking of entering the hospitality industry or those who already work in the industry. The courses are designed to provide career enhancement, personal development or to fulfill professional accreditation requirements. These courses are designed to provide skills and knowledge through practical and theoretical training. ELTHAM Hospitality Centre Culinary Trainers will deliver these courses.
