Hospitality Program ELTHAM has established a world class hospitality program in response to the demand from employment pathways to some of the fastest growing national and international service industries. Our location at the gateway to one of Australia’s premier wine and hospitality regions, the Yarra Valley, offers students excellent casual employment opportunities through the College’s links to nearby businesses, vineyards and restaurants. The Hospitality Program is staffed by a range of fully qualified experienced and successful teachers and industry experts. Our smaller student body ensures a high level of individual care and attention. The program is based in a high quality training centre amidst a peaceful pastoral environment in the picturesque Swipers Gully Vineyard opposite the main ELTHAM campus. The courses have been designed to offer an even spread of business, restaurant/café and wine service units. All courses are nationally accredited and are recognised by all other Certificate and Diploma providers. |
